Based on the statute 13. and statute 27. Law on Consumer Protection (Sl.glasnik RS 62/2014) Belgrade Dance Fesival their consumers who are buying product via website www.belgradedancefestival.com.

- That every ticket purchase via internet site www.belgradedancefestival.com is performing within registered industrial code of the company Beogradski festival igre – BFI (Belgrade Dance Festval – BDF),Strahinjića Bana 78a,Beograd – Stari Grad, Identification number: 17641441, BIN: 104242342.
- the tickets that are sold via internet site www.belgradedancefestival.com have all the needed qualification for regular use those kind of products according to their purpose;
- That selling price is showed with each article;
- that the delivery of the tickets bought is only possible as a delivery to the buyers email address.
- That every purchase of products within special price benefits or within sale runs according to the terms which are published on internet site www.belgradedancefestival.com.
- That tickets which consumers are buying via internet site www.belgradedancefestival.com can be purchased only with payment cards mentioned on the site in the moment of purchase.
- When consumer makes his order pressing the button CONFIRM takes an obligation to pay for the products that he ordered;
- that the customer has the right when the ticket has arrived to change his mind and exchange the ticket for another available ticket of the same price range or higher price by the method explained in the section Return of goods and reclamations
- in cases when consumer doesn’t want to keep the ticket that he ordered, he has right to withdraw the contract and refund the payment in the amount of payed purchace price, by the terms who are defined on the website and you can find them in the section Return of goods and reclamations.
In case of returning goods and payment refund to the customer who previously was payed with card, partly or completely, no matter what is the reason of returning goods, BDF is obligated to refund payment Exclusively via VISA, EC/MC i Maestro methods of paying, which means that the bank will refund payment to the customer account at the request of the seller.
- That for every product ordered via website consumer has rights within bill/delivery note to make warranty right on used product by the terms which are defined in the section Return of goods and reclamations.
Right to return tickets
The ticket buyer has the right to return tickets only in the following cases:
- cancellation of events;
- postponement of the event for a period longer than 120 days from the date of the scheduled event;
- in case of postponement of the event due to the occurrence of force majeure lasting more than 180 days from the day of the planned event;
In the cases referred to in the previous paragraph, the ticket will be canceled and the money returned to the customer in a current account or via VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods,
In the event of a refund, the buyer will be refunded the ticket price, excluding service costs.
Force Majeure
In the event that the Event Organizer is unable to fulfill its obligations due to war, insurgency, terrorist acts, strikes, accidents, fires, blockages, floods, decisions or actions by epidemiological authorities, natural disasters, serious disruptions in energy supply or anything else, from for reasons beyond its power and control, the Organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by these events. If the event is canceled or postponed due to the above circumstances, the Belgrade Games Festival will notify the customers as soon as possible via the website.
For the duration of force majeure, the obligations of the Contracting Parties shall be paused.
In case of force majeure lasting more than 180 days from the scheduled day of the event, the ticket buyer is entitled to a ticket refund and a refund.
Obligation to return money in the event of postponement of the event for a period longer than 120 days from the date of the scheduled event
In case of postponement of the event for a period longer than 120 days from the day of the planned event, the organizer is obliged to refund the amount of the ticket price, minus any additional costs (delivery, services, etc.).
The Organizer will make a refund to the buyer in the buyer's current account within 60 days of the scheduled event and if the Buyer has submitted a request for a refund.
Obligation to repay money in case of postponement of events due to force majeure
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure, the Organizer undertakes to refund the amount of the ticket, less any additional costs (delivery, services, etc.) within 240 days of the scheduled event (obligations) stand still for a period of 180 days from the date of the scheduled event in the event of force majeure and duration).
The organizer will make a refund to the buyer in the buyer's current account within 240 days of the scheduled event and if the buyer has submitted a request for a refund.
Replacing tickets to other events
The right to exchange tickets by changing the ticket for a postponed or canceled event for a ticket for another event from the Belgrade Festival of Games is offered by the ticket buyer only in the following cases:
- cancellation of events;
- postponement of the event for a period longer than 120 days from the date of the scheduled event;
The buyer is obliged to make an additional payment for the ticket price upon the exchange of the ticket, and the ticket replacement can be made after payment of the difference in prices in full.
In case the ticket price for the second event is lower than the price for the canceled or delayed event, the Organizer will refund the buyer to the buyer's current account within 60 days from the scheduled event
